Management

Recognised by property professionals at the Lettings Agency of the Year Awards 2012 in Association with The Sunday Times and The Times, our Property Management Service is so valued by our clients that, in more than ninety percent of properties we manage, both tenants and landlords renew their agreements.

Daniel Ford Estates provides a full Property and Rental Management service for landlords, providing a professional service and peace of mind.

What is involved?

There is much to do when letting out your property. To begin with, you need to prepare your property so it is ready to let. This involves dealing with mortgage lenders, sorting out rent collection, tax matters, insurance cover, utility bills, keys and inventories, and acquiring safety certificates for gas, electrics and appliances: the list goes on.

As your property manager, we can manage all of these tasks on your behalf. Once your property is ready for tenants to move in, we will also manage it throughout the tenancy, providing regular account statements along the way.

Only you know how much time you can spare to deal with your tenant's telephone calls and the resulting work that accrues. Our comprehensive Property Management service is designed to give you peace of mind and relieve you of the commitment of being a full-time landlord, which is why we look after over hundreds of properties on behalf of clients both in London and around the world.

More and more tenants request managed properties as it allows a more professional service, removing the emotion from both sides. Our fully trained team are highly experienced in prompt rent collection and credit control as well maintaining proactive relationships with tenants.
